ACTIVE8 Update #1: As of Saturday, July 13, our church campus is still without power. While we remain hopeful about being able to offer this camp, we need power to ensure a safe environment for your child.

We are assessing our next steps, but here is what we can share now:

🚨 Active8 is canceled for Sunday, July 14 only.

👉  We will continue to monitor the situation and update you with plans for Monday and beyond as soon as we know more.

👉  An email has been sent to all camp registrants with details.

northeast kids 101

12:30-3:30 pm | Sunday, August 11 | Houston Northeast Campus

As a parent, there is nothing more important than the discipleship of your child. We want to support you on this journey by equipping and encouraging you as you lead your child towards a relationship with Jesus. Parents of children ages 2 through 5th grade (2024-25 school year) are encouraged to attend Northeast Kids 101 after the second service on August 11. Lunch will be provided, allowing families to eat and fellowship together. After lunch, kids will enjoy waterslides and games outside while parents attend a preview and Q&A session with Northeast staff. This session will detail the vision and new structure of Northeast Kids for Sundays and Wednesdays. Following the Q&A, Pastor Coleman and Jennifer will share helpful tips for navigating and prioritizing Sunday worship and MDWK as a family. Register by August 8, 2024.

Important Details:

  • Lunch is provided. If you have special dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your lunch.
  • Kids (ages 2-5th grade for the 2024-205 school year) will enjoy waterslides and games during parent preview and Q&A.
    • Children should have a towel, sunscreen, water shoes, and a swimsuit.

    • Parents will be responsible for helping children with any clothing changes.
